Inexpensive camera for moving stuff

Ok, I know absolutely nothing about digital cameras, so please don't assume i know stuff. I'm looking for a digital camera that's not too expensive, (I'm fifteen, so my pockets aren't the deepest), but decent. I mainly want it to take pictures at my track/XC meets. The pictures don't need to be award-winning quality, but i don't want them to be all blurry 'cause the people are moving. Any help i can get is great.
