I am looking for a new camera. I want a fairly compact camera, but a big zoom. I found the Panasonic TZ3. It has a 10X optical zoom. I read a review saying they are grainy for anything over an ISO of 200. and even 200 looses quality but is acceptable. 100 supposedly looks great. Here is my question... They now have the TZ4 and TZ5 model out. Does anyone know if that grainy issue has been fixed in these new models, are there any differences between the TZ4 and TZ5 other than mega pixel level? Is there a different camera with similar zoom I may want to look at instead?
I currently have a Konica Minolta G600 camera. So I would want something with better quality than that. I want to move forward in quality, not backwards.
Any insite and help is greatly appreciated.
