I'm new to the forum, and to digital SLR. After about 70 years of film photography, and a year or so of Point & Shoot Digital, I've ventured into a Pentax K10D.

WOW! What a lot to learn, so I'll be leaning on you guys (and I assume gals) for help. Didn't know I could be so dumb.

Hello, BigAl. Several K10D users in the forums. I'm still learning stuff about my D80 and have had it several months now and its probably the same for any digital slr when you first jump in.
I'm glad I found this site to ask my dumb questions and I've noticed they can usually answer smart questions, too.
