I'm trying to find a skinny(ish) point and shoot camera with wide angle capabilities. I really like what the Kodak Dual Lens 570 offers, however, the noise in the blacks and night shots kills me! I ALMOST can't justify buying it just because of the noise so I am reaching out and asking all of YOU to help me because I don't know HALF of what is out there.

How bad is it to buy one of those wideangle thread on adapters for a really nice-cheap-skinny camera? I would like to have a "cigarette pack" thickness when it's on my pocket (because I have kindof tight jeans, haha) but then I want to achieve wide angle (more than 28mm, more like 24mm).

I shoot skateboarding with my Canon 1dMII so I'm not looking for a point and shoot that shoots raw, I just want something to capture wideangle life/party shots to print no more than 5x7. ( I shoot for a skating magazine so I need to capture "life" and competition shots abd print them at 300dpi).

If you have ANY recommendations, PLEASE HELP! (Thanks for reading all of this!)
