Help with purchase!!

Hello all you digi cam gurus! I need your help..

I need to be able to use this camera to view text on a LCD monitor from a distance of about 10 inches or so. This is a wireless mini cam. The text would be standard 10 or 12 pt font size.

The specs are:

Camera and transmitter size: 15mm x 22mm x 32mm (5/8" x 7/8" x 1 1/4")
Camera Lux: <3 @ f1.2
Camera Auto Electronic Exposure of 1/60 to 1/15000 sec. w/ Auto Gain & White Balance
Camera Signal to Noise Ratio: >48dB
365K (PAL) or 250K (NTSC) camera pixel resolution

Anyone out there able to look at these specs and let me know if this would work? Thanks very much for your help!

What's your budget? Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if I know of a camera that has a shutter speed of 1/15000th of a second. I have the Canon EOS-1D Mark III, their top-of-the-line sports camera, and its top shutter speed is 1/8000th of a second.
