Error messages on Sony digital camera DSC-T1

In the viewing mode of my Sony DSC-T1 camera, many of my images are coming up with a blue screen and the words File Error. I have recently viewed these pictures and can't understand where they have gone! Does anyone know how to retrieve them and how to keep this from happening again. It's done this before, and I just changed the duo stick, thinking that was the problem...it's not!

    Thanks.

Re: Error messages on Sony digital camera DSC-T1

Sounds like you view them on the computer, and did a rotation on the JPGs.

You should be able to load and view them on the computer find. The camera is set that it can only display x by y, and if you've rotated them, it's now trying to display y by x, thus giving you the error message.
    Cheers,
    Greg
