Compatible memory cards for the Canon SD550.

So I'm a complete newbie about cameras, and I've pretty much got my eye set on the Canon SD550, however I don't know what memory cards are compatible with it. Can someone give me a good suggestion for a 1 GB card that will work with the Canon SD550?

Pretty much any Secure Digital card should be fine. I've heard of very few compatibility issues between memory cards and digital cameras. And I'm doubtful of problems that I have heard of. Most problems are probably from cheap cards and not real compatibility issues. I'd stick with the known brands, like Lexar, SanDisk, Kingston, etc. And I wouldn't bother with high-speed cards as they won't make much difference in a compact camera like the SD550.
