    Camera bags

I'm looking for a bag that is big enough to put my Canon Rebel XTI, 2 lenses, extra battery and memory card as well as hold a tripod and have a extra pocket big enough for other random objects like a 6 pack of beer, lol. I travel to many American Le Mans and Grand Am Series races and I like to carry a reserve when I'm a mile from my tent, lol. I've gone hunting at the local stores but nothing seems to fit. Any ideas would be awesome.

Have a look at these, there are different sizes for different requirements.

I just discovered them a few days ago. The thing I like about them is that they look more like real luggage than a camera bag. HTH.

Same reason I use crumpler bags, they don't scream "camera, tourist, steal me" quite so loud as well known makes of camera bag.

Thanks for the help. A friend I talked to said to look at Tamrac. His uncle has one and says he likes it. I was looking at the Tamrac Adventure 6 or 7. Anyone seen or have one of these bags that could fill me in on the quality.http://www.tamrac.com/f_adventurebackpacks.htm

You might also take a look at Lowe Pro, http://www.lowepro.com/. I have the Vertex 300 backpack and it's great, a little on the heavy side but not that much of a problem for me.

    Re: Camera bags

I use a lowepro Nova 3 shoulder bag and it will hold everything you want except the full 6-pack - you may need to step up to the Nova 5 for that. Several storage pockets (large one up front). I've got a Monfrotto Moda tripod and usually slide one of the three legs into the straps on the back and drag that along too when I think I'll be needing it. My favoite feature in the lowepros over the Tamracs is the built in raincover - it's saved me a bunch of times already. Both the lowepro and Tamrac are very well built, durable, and comfortable. I've owned them both. Bought the Lowepro because the enormous body of the Fuji wouldn't fit in the smaller Tamrac bag I already owned.
