Hi all new to the forum here and am looking for some advice heres my situation
I am a golf instructor and am trying to give video lessons this year. I bought a Sony Handycam HDR-XR200V camera for this purpose and only after i got it home and started tinkering did I find out that it is not capable of streaming live video to my laptop so I can record from my PC's V1 teaching software. My laptop does have an HDMI output but no in so HDMI input really isn't and option.
What I need is a camera capable of recording fast motion clearly for playback on my Windows Vista based laptop instantly so I can slow it down and review it with my students. Without having to waste time going through video conversion, and download just to play it back in slow motion.
I can spend up to $1200.00 on the camera and up to $250 on anyother hardware I need for my laptop i.e. Firewire card
Thanks
