best camera for $300

Hello

My wife and I are going to europe for our honeymoon. I'm not much of a picture taker. I don't even own a camera. However we do want to buy a camera for the honeymoon and now that I'm married I actually have an interest in taking photos.

Our budget is 300 dollars. I'm not a photography aficionado. I would just like a camera that takes good quality pictures and that is reliable.

With all the brands out there I don't even know where to start.

Can you good people recommend three cameras I should take a look at?

Congrads on the wedding! There are so many good choices out there and they change so often that it's a full time job keeping up with everything. I'd stick with one of the major brands like Canon, Nikon, Olympus or Pentax. Go to a store that has a big selection (Best Buy, even) and see what feels comfortable, looks cool or whatever interests you. I'm sure anything by one of these companies would be a good choice. There may be specific features that one will have and another will not, but for general use you really can't go wrong.

i think sony cyber shot P200 with (7.2 mega pixel) is the better for beginers and give a good photos as i think

i use it for many times its really good

its price ranging from 275-300 $
