Audio embedded in jpg

My HP935 camera can take stills with audio. The audio is embedded in the jpg file. Anyone know how to get it out into an mp3, wav, or other audio format? I've seen old (but not current) Jasc software split it up into a new jpg and wav. HP, surprisingly, doesn't seen to know.

ACDSee picture viewer can play the embedded audio in a jpg or tiff file. The audio can then be part of your slide show. Aloha, Mike
