Any decent cameras that support USB charging?

Hello, I'm looking for a decent camera that has the option of charging through USB. Are there any out there? I really like the Lumix FZ** cameras. If there are any comparable ones that I can charge through the USB port on my computer, that may be the camera for me.

the features I value most are
-quality pictures
-ability to record movies at least several minutes long.
-ability to manually control focus & shutter speed

Take a look at the Samsung NV compact cameras. I don't think the image quality is as good as the Panasonics. But they do have USB charging and the NV40 I've been using has shutter speed and aperture controls as well as all the usual auto exposure modes. It's also a very handsome camera.
