    About batteries & screens...

I have two questions. I bought a Canon SD 700 IS camera. It has a special battery, I want to buy another one. Do canon use the same weird battery for all their cameras, or each model has it's own? I guess I have to go to camera shops to see about this.

The other questions I have is because I'm a mountain biker, and I want to take the camera with me. That's the reason for the SD 700 rather than an S3, and it's about camera size. Can I but some protectors for palm screens to use on the LCD display on my camera, or are there better screens? Or is it a bad idea to put one on it?

Batteries are all different. Look at the designation on your existing battery and get the same one as a spare.

The protectors used for PDAs work fine on exposed camera LCDs. Just apply it smoothly with no bubbles.
