I've actually signed up for this, as has at least one other PR member ... PJ, I think? He just sent me an email today, asking me (us) to test their new gallery. I was feeling a little apprehensive about installing a java applet on my hard drive from these people who I knew very little about, so I'm very happy you posted the above links! I feel so much better now.

I signed up too, and plan on doing something.
My only concern is being able to get stuff sent to them in their required time, shooting film and all.

I've signed up too, and am just hoping it's not pissing down with rain here. On the other hand, that would be showing a completely normal day here in Dublin!!

Hopefully, we can all post our submissions here as well to get a glimpse of the best they'll be receiving ;) . (well...maybe not mine)

I'm no prude, but can you keep the language down a little, there are all different types, professions, religions, etc that visit and post on this site and certain language I think is inappropriate to be used here. Don't get me wrong, I can swear like the best of them, especially Billy Connolly, but this isn't the site in my opinion for that. Use **** in place of certain letters and the meaning stays the same but to me isn't offensive.

sorry peter, i had no idea that "p***ing down with rain" was rude and considered as swearing. I will refrain from using it in the future.

I know what you are saying Chris, here in Salt Lake City, it was raining, still is actually, on World Pinhole Photography Day. Which is the last Sunday in April, which was the 24th this year. So with all the rain, I didn't go out and shoot!
June 1, should be a great day here though.

That's a great idea! Somebody post their shot on 6/1 in Viewfinder and I'll make it a "sticky". If I remember I'll do it myself and explain a little about the project - but if/when I forget, you guys will back me up, right? ;)

As far as the rain goes - if that's what happens on 6/1, that's what happens. I look forward to the challenge - especially weeding it down to one shot.

I'll be very busy that day, going to Chicago in the afternoon to pick up the MIL from the airport, then racing home to get to our play rehearsal in time. So I'll have a lot of varied opportunities but very little time. But at least I'm planning ahead what kinds of shots I'd like to take. Too bad I'll only be able to post one.
