(Nasdaq:YHOO) have come together to introduce a complete digital photo destination that allows photo enthusiasts an easy and affordable way to store, share and print photos. The co-branded digital photo resource, Target Yahoo! Photos (www.target.com/yahoophotos), provides a simple solution for consumers to manage their digital or camera phone photos. In fall 2005, Target Yahoo! Photos will offer consumers the choice of ordering their prints online and picking them up within a few hours at their local Target store.

Leveraging expertise from Yahoo! Photos, the leading online photo sharing service worldwide(1), consumers have unlimited storage and can easily upload all their digital and camera phone photos to Target Yahoo! Photos, while having the flexibility to share photos in many powerful ways. By simply e-mailing a link to an online album, friends and family can enjoy the photos and even order their own set of prints. Photos can also be shared in real-time with Yahoo! Messenger, on a mobile phone, or through a personal public web address (e.g. http://photos.yahoo.com/susanphotosmith).
