FUJIFILM INTRODUCES FUJICOLOR CRYSTAL ARCHIVE PROFESSIONAL PAPER SUPER TYPE P
Accurate Color Reproduction, Brilliant Whites, Improved Highlight Detail and Image Stability
Valhalla, NY, February 14, 2006 - Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of imaging products and services, introduces Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type P at the Photo Marketing Association International 2006 Annual Convention and Trade Show in Orlando, FL. The new professional paper is the successor to Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Type PIII and features excellent and natural skin tone, brilliant whites and highlight details.
New Super Type P features include:Technology Advancements
- Accurate color reproduction and natural skin tone.
- Accurate whites and highlight detail.
- Excellent light storage stability and high image stability, during long-term dark storage, as well as sharply improved stability with respect to nitrogen oxide, ozone and other gasses.
- Improved latent image stability and tolerance for processing unevenness and pressure-induced density variations, which makes this paper easier to handle in the lab.
The introduction of this new Crystal Archive Photo Paper is the latest application of Fujifilm's advanced thin-layer coating manufacturing technology. Originally evolved from the company's proprietary film-layer engineering, this process requires extreme precision and control and is an area where few companies are technically competent due to the need for knowledge and expertise gained over long-term, real-life experience with the process.
