F100 and F80 to be discontinued next year? New F85

Don't know how credible it is , but I did predict the itroduction of the F85 about the same time as I predicted a non top of the line Full Frame SLR, Got that right.

why F85? well most people who still do want a film SLR are getting second hand, so making somthing new availible that would rare to find second hand would make sence, some Darkroom enthusiasts will still want the lastest technology in there fim cameras and there is always latitude and Actuance ETC that makes people want Print/slide film also the Fuji S4 pro will probably be based on this camera.

Put for the most part It will probably be a D200 with a hole in the back.

I for one would be interested in an F85 to complement my Nikon FM3A system.

Since the beginning of this year I’ve been trying to obtain an F4 to add an auto focus camera to my fleet.

After several attempts to purchase an actual working in good condition F4 I gave up and decided to go to the F5 that didn’t work either because of costs.

So this new model F85 if it appears on the market would make an interesting alternative.

Guess I’ll just have to wait some more eh?
