Canon 70-200 f2.8 is ii semi-functioning - $800.00

I have a Canon 24-70 f2.8 IS II lens that is flawless in the pictures it takes but it autofocus is funky, it doesn't properly focus but the zoom rings and focus rings work fine. I always just put it in manual focus to shoot photos. It still is under warranty with canon I just never had a chance to send it in so you can register it and send it in to get it fixed.So im selling it Im just asking for $800 if your interested email me

Can I shoot video with this camera in low light? Or I'd rather consider other options, what do you say?
