    Unhappy WiseTronics

    I ordered a Fuji S9000 from this outfit because they had the best price. However they emailed me to call, object was to sell more stuff. Also is very hard to find some one to talk to they are always out. I n addition they told me that it will take up to 21 days to get my camera. Inquiries to the webb site on the status of my order stated that the deal was closed and that no changes could be made.:

    Did you ever get your equipment.....if not dispute the charge, and call the cops.

    Bad experience. Website does not indicate nor does telephone order taker that item is or is not in stock. Was on backorder. Waited over a month, stated it was sold out and wouldn't be available for another 5 or 6 weeks. Kept lowering price on item what wasn't even in stock. Wonder if it's because I wouldn't order any extras? Finally cancelled order with no problems. Unlike Broadway Photo and Jerks r' Us, their customer service reps were very professional and courteous. Broadway makes these guys look like saints.
