I have a Bogen tripod that I bought back in 2005. A spring in one of the legs broke so that let would not hold it's position when I picked it up. The quick release would no longer clamp tight so my gear was not stable. I took advantage of the 5 year warranty and sent it in to Bogen to fix it. I got it back today and all is well again. It works like it did when I first got it. There was no charge for the repair, and the turn around time was less than 2 weeks. Over all, I'm very happy with the service I received from Bogen.
