    Bhphoto.com and Olympus

Here is my situation; I bought three cameras and a bag and lens from bhphoto.com 2 months ago. When I received my package I found out that I had a defective Olympus e-620 (there was a yellow tint on the bottom of all my photos). I returned it back. They gave me a store credit when they received the returned package from me, and I requested a replacement e-620. They said it was out of stock and they will contact me as soon as they are in stock with that camera. Than 14 days went by and I sent them an email to let them know that I am still waiting. They told me again that it is still out of stock and as soon as they get a shipment in, they will contact me. It has been 32 days and counting, and it’s still not in stock. I was wondering, how long does it take to get a shipment from Olympus? I am very upset that I don't have the slightest clue when it will come.

that's horrible. can they send you a loaner, at least a used upgrade, until they get the 620 in. that's waaay to long to be without a camera. sorry.
Happily photographing within my camera's limitations.Website

The E-620 and kit lens is in stock, see if you can't wrangle a deal for that

Keep in mind you can find a used 14-42mm for under $100.

    Cheers, Don

Henery Posner, took care of things, he is sending a e620 with a free 14-42 mm lens.

Congratulations! B&H usually has great customer service. Sometimes you just need to speak with the right person.

    Kudos to Henry!
