I cannot give enough praise to Brad Berger and his entire team of professionals. They are more committed to their customers and to making sure they deliver the best possible service than you will ever encounter anywhere. When Nikon announced the D3, I placed orders with several different outfits, including B&H, Ritz Camera, Adorama and Berger Bros. I had never done business with Berger Bros. before. But, as you can see, I wanted to make sure that I would maximize my chances of getting the camera as quickly as possible, knowing that Nikon would be very selective in its delivery of the camera to retailers. I called Ritz to find out the status of my order. I got someone in INDIA who fed me a line of bull. B&H just couldn't be bothered. When I called Berger Bros., I was immediately connected to Brad. I never told Brad I had placed orders with others. But it didn't matter. He personally hounded Nikon and kept me closely apprised and the second the camera was on his loading dock, he was on the line to me to get it into my hands. I am just blown away. :thumbsup:
