Alright - I'm going to throw a few in. Never done this before, but it was fun looking for different things to photograph. I had to drive around town to take photos for the website and blog that I maintain anyway, so I killed 2 birds with one stone! Charlotte, NC.

First, the clouds had some weird karma going on.

I came upon this at an intersection (I confess, my 13 yo daughter took it because it was on her side of the car). What's the story behind it?

And finally, had to stop for gas. This is the only kind of slush we get around here. :p Mmmmmm.

Hooray! I finally figured out how to put the photos in my message, instead of attaching them. My work is done here.

Your URL is for the page that the photos are on and not the photos themselves. To make the photos appear in your post you need to link to the image URL, which will end in ".jpg"

Right click on the photo and select "properties" to get the image URL. Copy and paste that in to the image box and they should show up.

    Figured it out. Thanks PJ.

Working on a MAC - there is no 'properties' option :p

I was copying the 'link URL'. I needed to copy the 'image address'. Whatever.

    But I love my MAC!

1-On the way to an inspection this morning, travelling down Hwy 24.

2-On the way, I was graced with a familiar sight, an AV-8B Harrier practicing landings at Bogue Field.

3, 4, & 5 -Going onto, then over the Emerald Isle bridge.

Disclaimer: I am a professional. Taking photo's while driving is dangerous and you and your stupid buddies should not attempt this. (Not original - I got it from the Jackass movie)

1-The septic system I was there to inspect. BTW - I failed it.

2-My tools of the trade. My engineers level (transit) and grade rod.

3-The 10,000th photo taken by the Coolpix 5700! The house (actually a duplex) that the system serves.

4-The installers tool - an excavator.

    Last of this batch.

    ;-)

When work takes me to the western half of the county, I try to stop by the house and let the dog out. Mufasa came and greeted me, then decided Little Girl needed some loving, and finally let me know that the house was safe with the watch cat on duty.

Strange white stuff throws UK traffic system into chaos.
Evidence of cat activity around the car, no wonder it smells funny, seems my front wheel was sprayed.
Yet our cat was warm indoors on our bed ...

On the way to the office, and me at my desk.
That monitor just isn't big enough, not enough pixels.
Reckon I need another one :)

I had two 19", but IT Support decided that they wanted two other people to have flatscreens.
So I was forced to have a 24" flatscreen instead - oh the hardship !

By the way, google weakend productions and look at jeb's jobs in the showreel ...
