    Nine days in Utah

Rather than pound the critique forum, I thought I'd share my images here. Photog is quickly becoming as much a passion for me as mountain biking, and the two fit well together.

After years of pining, I finally made it out west, and enjoyed an amazing vacation full of phenomenal views & experiences. I'm still not sure why I returned home, besides possibly grabbing the fly-rod & bike for a return trip. Beautiful country.

    As I'm also a mtb'er I originally shared this over on mtbr.com.

    As seen through my lens...

All of these are very nice, mud. I think you did Utah justice! I especially like the cactus and pine cone shot, and also the pic with the three people overlooking Park City. All in all very nicely done!!

Wow! Very, very nice. Those photos are wonderful. I was just in SLC a couple of weeks ago and your photos make me want to go back. Looks like you got in some Moab and some Park City action. I recognize Slickrock and the bookcliffs on the way to Green River. What trails did you ride in Park City? And what was the river you took a picture of?

I've been whining ever since the plane landed at home.

The trip was amazing. Based out of PC, we hiked, biked, fly-fished, even sailed the Jordanelle, waved cameras and did our best to tolerate 3% beer. I'm still stammering at the vastness and grandeur of it all. Park City is a playground with everything right out the back door.

We fished the Provo as well as a jaunt to explore the Duschene.. beautiful. Also an overnight to Moab for some must-do slickrock since the weather subsided to mid-eighties. Have you been to Ray's Tavern in Green River? Wow.. now that's good eats.

I'm counting the days until next year's return trip. Thanks all for the kind words.

Nope. But duly noted. I've eaten at a diner next to the river a couple of times. It's decent, but nothing to get excited about. Is Ray's right on that main street? I don't know that there's much more than one street in Green River, but just in case...
