    What is it?

    It’s that time again. Guess what it is!!!

    One clue…. It’s a close up of a piece of a common household item.

    If the turnout is good I will try to do a different one every week.

    Not a doorknob,
    Most of us use this everyday, and yes it is in your house.
    This is just part of if it...... a very small part of it.

    Some of these thing i will post under the what is it topic will be thing you already use, but will give you a different perspective on them. I was thinking it would be fun to see different aspects of things we touch everyday.

    I may have to be careful of the difficulty of these.

    Nope not a thermostat or any piece of it.

    It is piece(front) of an electronic hand held device. Used my most people everyday

    Probably a TV remote with a clear capsule, so it'll be the IR transmitter ... which is a LED but not a light you can see.
    Nice macro job, you can see the wire bond to hte metap pad on top of the die.
