Unisphere - Flushing Meadows Park, NY

I went to Flushing Meadows Park Wednesday after work with a plan of getting this shot. In my mind, it was tighter, but the Holga as usual had other ideas.

When I got there, I noticed that many planes taking off from La Guardia flew right over it, so sat and waited for planes to take off to get lots of shots with, well, airplanes. It was a perfectly overcast day, so I knew the Unisphere would be silhouetted against an empty sky. As I sat between planes, I noticed the ice cream man drive by and try to get my attention and smile. This happened several times, and it creeped me out. So I'm sitting on a bench, and he pulls up next to me. GREAT. I have to deal with a learing creep.

"Do you know how to push process film?" he shouts out from the truck.

NYC is full of surprises!
