They sure do - I was surprised to see that because I think you're in Australia (right?)! I've met Buddy, his dad and his sons although never sailed with any of them (I'm not worthy). I used to race at Lake Geneva in Wisconsin which is right near Zenda, home of their shop. I meant to drive thru the huge town of Zenda last weekend while driving to that lake (only an hour from here) for kayaking, but I took a wrong turn and missed it. It's that small - but I hadn't been thru in years...

It's a toy Humvee, I panned my camera as the truck rolled down our driveway. Several photos were taken, and this one came out best.

    Re: Transportation Thread

I shot these two last Sunday morning at a rest stop north of Everett WA. I pulled in and parked next to the Beauty and wanted to kick my Passat, but reason prevailed and I asked the owner if I could shoot a couple of shots of this incredible machine. He said sure, but if I would stick around a few minutes he had a surprise coming in to meet him and continue their journey south to Seattle. I found that he gets 15mgg on the road and my Passat gets 55mpg but not the head turning and luxury of this..

Time we had something in the "Little People's Transport" section of this great thread

Note the conkers in the basket - all Danish children are collecting these at the moment. I guess it's the same everywhere else?

Directly from Wikipedia. "Conkers is a game traditionally played by children in Britain, Ireland and some former British colonies using the nuts of horse-chestnut trees – the name conker is also applied to the nut." So now you know

    Re: Transportation Thread

I don't usually post first attempts, but seeing as it was already down to 38 degrees this morning I don't know how many more attempts there will be this year! This was the first time I took a camera with me on a ride and today was good for that because I'm just getting over a little bit of a cold. I haven't been sick since I've been riding, so I was surprised how little it took to really have an affect on my riding. Thursday evening I figured that out. So, the first attempt at cyclotography - guess that's what I'll call it.
