Looked something like this, didn't it? I owned this one in the late 70's, and stayed in touch with the current owner. This one has a 4 speed. I'm sure you know the W-30's 455's had more power than most. :D
It had the white hood stripes and body accents when I owned it, and I don't much care for the wheels either.
Sorry about the cheesy looking dates on them. Ed, the current owner sent me these.

Yeah, It had the stock Rally Wheels on it when I had it.
BTW, This one is a numbers matching 1970 442 W-30 with 4 spd.
Over the (Early) years I had more than my share of Oldsmobile's. Mostly 442's. I even had a 69 Vista Cruiser that looked like the one in "That 70's Show". LOL. I also dabbled in Pontiac's & Chevy's. I was kept broke by the cars I owned back then.

It's very different from the new Z4.
    http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...id=63192760957

On your car the rear lights are smaller, the central brake light is moved to below the rear window, the indicator in front of the BMW roundel is missing, the name plate is behind, not under the roundel, the low level rear foglights are missing.

The rear looks MUCH more like the 2007 AC Schnitzer profile
    http://www.topspeed.com/cars/ac-schn...ure189395.html

So I reckon it is an old 2007 Z4 M.
    http://www.topspeed.com/cars/bmw/z-s...ture35730.html
So not new, but two years old.

There is no new Z4M, according to this March 2009 article.

    But the caption is interesting...

Found this over the weekend at an up-scale mall.

Streetside parking here is usually packed with luxury vehicles and high performance sports cars.

    Nice to see something different.

A few from my Chicago Walk-Around. The last two were taken in color then converted to B&W in PSE6.

It's the Whirlpool Aero Car which crosses the Niagara River/Gorge in Canada. Another angle below. Shot many years ago - I found out my son was afraid of heights on that trip :)

I have a theory that if an engine can be physically mounted on anything, someone somewhere has already tried it.

The inventor of these things gets high marks for adding a parachute into the mix.
