Tornado

Tornado GR3 on a fast flyby fully swept.
But I had the wrong camera (again) and instead got this stormy wky wiht a speck in it...

SheWhoMustBeObeyed had sent me off on a mission to collect a pastie for tea, and I didn't take the 1DmkIIN with me, intending to use just the 1DSmkII to get the sandcastles...

Great clouds, SW. Sometimes we never know what we have until we get home and look at them. hehe...Would have loved to see the jet, but the clouds made up for it.

I knew the clouds were spectacular at the time, but couldn't really get an image I was happy with. I think the 24mm has captured it fairly well, but it was more impressive on the spot.
