Outside the US Embassy.
Not in use any more, in this age of mobile phones.
I can remember two of these in Oxford when I was a child.

The sticky labels around the doors are security inspection stickers, I presume it gets swept for bombs on a regular basis.

Wow, it is tiny! But we know the truth - it's huge inside!
