    Shoes will be here by Monday. I will be home this weekend, so I'm going to attempt (again) a family photo.

    Loren, she begged for this headband. Her sister has a fleecy one instead of a winter hat and she's been so jealous all winter. Finally picked one up for her earlier this week. Still to cold for a tiara, but she's laid claim to the one they have already (I don't share mine)

    What's sad is that my kids albums only go from 0-1, anything after that is in a sleeping bag box, until I went digital, then it's all on a hard drive. :(

    I think we all have some of that. We started albums for each child and keep them up for a few years but once the orginal album got full we started stacking pictures in totes. A couple of years ago I went through several thousand images in those totes and pulled the best photos of each kid. Now they are in a box but at least seperated by child or catagory such as groups or what ever. Now to get all those in albums.

    I might add though that all my children are adults now and they love coming home and getting out those first albums. Rarely does a Christmas of family get together occur that one or more of the albums don't get pulled out. Makes it all worth it when you see how they treasure some of those image today.

    Adina, my first project for NYIP is a portrait of a child. I hope mine comes out a tenth as good as this. Great capture.
