and the taxman giveth - or something like that. Anyway this year the taxman giveth a lot. Sooo I broke down and bought the macro I have been wanting for quite awhile...the Canon 180 mm f3.5 L c/w lens case and hood. I would have posted a few pictures, but there are still very few things poking up above ground in the gardens yet and there probably won't be for a while We all know that Summer is only about a week away, but last night Mother Nature let us know that Winter is not far away either. Woke up to see this covering our back deck furniture this morning. I guess my save for the web in PSE 6 didn't produce a small enough file - anyway we got 2 - 4 cm of snow overnight, the most June snowfall in 44 years. Have to go back to PSE 6 and see if I can produce a smaller image, 'cause I know you aren't going to believe me unless you are aware of the tricks the weather can play on people living on the Western Canadian prairies.
