Swingtop

I was playing with my Minolta A1 and a off-camera flash. The subject is a product of the company I work for, it is beer in a so-called swing-top-bottle.
I like to hear your opinions on this shot.

Good idea but I'd like some more light so we can see the lovely bottle and possibly some foam from the beer, and of course the detail of the swing hinge. Haven't had a Grolsch in ages...

It was an empty bottle, so no foam of beer. The next photo was shot in the same session. It is also a bit dark, but you can see more of the swing hinge.

It's nice to hear you know Grolsch and that you drumnk it :) It's a very popular beer in the region I live in.

Yes we do get it imported here but lately have been drinking local brews (Sam Adams & Harpoon).

Anyway, this shot does even less for me. It's darker and I can hardly make out anything. Maybe because you were there handling the object, you can "see" more detail than can someone who wasn't there. More light please! :)
