Sunflower

Hi All,

I haven't posted a picture in a long time! Tuesday I left the confines of studio shooting and when outdoors. I originally saw a perfect sunflower while walking my dog. I went to take a picture of it. However, it was gone. I thought somone took it, but acually they tore the head off and threw in on the ground... Some people! Luckily, this was nearby.

Hey Mike, like the shot.

You took lemons and made lemonade. nice effect too. almost looks like a corn cob - with the kernals just visible in the center.

Thanks for the comments. I never thought of it as a corn cob, but I can see the connection. Most the effect, sans the border, was done in camera while taking the shot.

I'm off to San Diego for the next week. I won't have internet access, but will have a good time!
