    Some NDD(non-digital day) pics...
Posted yesterday that I spent the day walking the city, leaving the digital cameras at home. It felt good, and as much as I love the results I'm getting with digital, there is still something about film and film cameras that have me convinced that I'll never abandon the medium. Snapshots all, but just some more slices of life in my world.

#2 - colorful store window, peaceful against the bustle of downtown. Contax G2 NPS
#3 - about 11pm, still busy with traffic and socializing. Leica M6 Tri-X at 6400

    Non-digital...very nice
I cannot wait to see the 10 shots of Delta 100 I got from DC. It is liberating to shoot without a editing on the fly. For that reason alone I try to shoot film on most of my travel work. I may shoot twice as much film as insurance, but it feels good.

The last two shots are very cool and I like them a lot. All are good, but the last two really caught my eye.

Thanks for posting and I hope you show more of this series.

    Love those street shots......
    Hi Charles -

Your street photography is always so new and refreshing....and I love viewing them. They always inspire me to go out and meet the challenge myself. I like all 3 - but my favorite is No. 1. Somehow, it reminds me of when I used to travel a lot by train as a child going back & forth to NYC from Ohio every year to visit my grandmother. Besides that reason for liking it, you used my very favorite film!
