    Well, if you mean ornament...

...I can tell you that many folks probably fall into the group I'm in, and that's outdoor lights are up, but tree and the rest of the decorations won't be until next week.

But, I hate the thought of leaving you empty-handed, so I'll post the xmas card for my web site. Yes, I'll admit, it's a litlle different, but hey, it's The Photo Asylum... ;)

It was created in photoshop using seven seperate images, one of them being a photo of a very pretty ornament...

Love the hair bow. Definitely gives it that festive feel.

We are hoping to get the lights on the tree today, and then decorate tomorrow. We were going to do it this past weekend, but we had to let the snow melt off it before we put anything on it. I will take some photos once we get it finished.

Re: Show me some of your Holiday Ornemants

Here's 2 of my favorites. I was practicing with manual settings and available light. I hope you like them. The orange glow on the first one is caused by the orange bulb for the campfire. The flame on the 2nd one is flimsy and if you flick it, it looks like the flame is jumping around.

My girlfriend made me a half-dozen Chicago Bears ornaments for Christmas. I might have to set up a tree just to get a picture of them.

What kind of Star Filter did you use for that picture?

    What up Dog?
Thanx for the feedback. Filter is a Vivitar Dual cross. Very trick. It has two rotating screen elements, so you can rotate them independantly or together, thus changing the effect of your star. Some pawn shop in Kelowna, B.C. 5 bucks I think. Makes a good soft focus filter for portraits too. Later,
