    Shooting The Coolpix 5700 On The Fly...

    So to speak. Sorry, I couldn't resist the pun. On the beach this morning (work related - it's a tough job, but someone has to do it), when I saw these pelicans coming my way. I turned on the 5700, zoomed in on this group, and shot. If I had my N80, I could have gotten a great shot of them flying over me, but the 5700 was too slow to catch them. Resized for the web.
