You think your kung fu is good? Window light self-portrait! Take that!
Taken with the new Canon PowerShot SD950 IS. I haven't had a chance to compare yet. But I am suspicious that this camera is a little noisier than the SD850 IS. It's sort of to be expected as they crammed 12 million pixels onto the same area as the previous camera's 8-megapixel sensor.
Once again you set the pace for the rest to follow. Love your eyes in #2 (you'll set the hearts of the young bucks a fluttering with that one) and the framing in #1 is wonderful just lower the chin and glance up at us from there. You rule the self portrait Adina. Oh where is Nat to challenge when you need her.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Beautiful shots as usual, you are blessed with talent, looks and looking glass eyes, which you have passed on to your daughters. Very cool, I am jealous. I have little beady dark eyes that mine have inherited.;
Edit on Wednesday AM, just realized that I said essentially the same thing last time you did this. Just another sign of older age, repeating myself.
Ahhhh now that one has some innovative cropping. Very nice. And I like that first one better small in the avator than I did large. Nice choice there.

Well thats cool that you shoot to heal yourself. And that you can be vulnerable in front of the camera and then post it up here as well tells us that you have integrity too

Okay since Adina is still playing I'll play too. This was actually taken last December half way up Camelback mountain in Phoenix, before I got my hair cut

I haven't been around lately, but I have been shooting. Weddings, high school graduations, and family shots.
Here are a couple of self portraits taken during a training exercise we did. These were taken with a co-worker's camera, and she cropped them (I don't care for the crop and I've asked her for the original file), but I did take them, so they are my photo's and they are self-portraits.
Good to see that smiling mug again Robert. Don't stay away so long.

Okay, I shot one in my bathroom! Mind you, my camera has corrupt software so half of the menus are missing. argh. But it still shoots okay - just no auto! So this is me in my bathroom, next to a window in front of my shower curtain - and i was aiming at the mirror!
Anyone want to buy the canon rebel XTi? I just bought and XSi and will be recieving it next week!
Thanks! I've been busy working on some new projects. Just posted a few in critiques! It's part of a 20 shot series I worked on of custom instruments! ;D Good to see you!
