Someone Had to do it: Camera Phone HDR

3 exposure HDR bracketed by pointing phone at sky, and then composing and shooting fast, repeat for horizon and ground. Cell phone used was an LG VX8300. No tripod.

Came out pretty good.....wonder how they were able to keep things lined up that well. I couldn't with my shaky hands.

I used the align "by matching features" option in Photomatix.

I gotta say, best camera phone result I've ever had
