Saw Some PR Members Over The Weekend

It's taken me a few days to get to the photos but I met up with a couple of our longtime members over the Memorial Day weekend. Matt Carter, a.k.a. mattbikeboy. He came up from Las Vegas to visit some friends in Salt Lake and we went for a mountain bike ride on Friday evening. Unfortunately, I totally spaced on taking a picture of him riding. I did get a picture of him with a camera, though :)

The next morning I drove out to Heber, just south of Park City, to take pictures of SLC local and long, long time PR member, mtbbrian. Brian is an avid flyfisherman and takes flyfishing photos with his Holga toy cameras. He just published a book of his Holga fishing photos and I wanted to get some pictures of him in action for an article on him and the book.

Yes - serious username failure, Matt :P

I used to ride and ride a lot, hence the user name, which I have gone by for a long time, so I think I'll keep the name.
I've had it as a domain name for 10 years now too.
These are some great photos of me John, they make me look pretty good, so I might have to use one for my Facebook profile pic!

Glad you like these photos, Brian. I like them, too. I really enjoyed my time out there watching and taking pictures of you guys fishing. Hopefully we can do it again and you'll actually catch one :D
