    I'm In!

I'll be there. I'm not sure how much I can participate, since I have to drive to Utah the next day. But I'll figure out a way to hang out and take some pictures for at least part of the day.

Thanks for making this happen, Rebekah!

4/23 is photo day at SBC Park. Line up behind SBC Park along the Waterfront at 8:30 AM with Camera and Game Ticket. Photographers with game tickets will be allowed on the field pregame to photograph players. However, it might rain that day.

Golden Gate Park would not be complete without a visit to the Strybing Arboretum (SF Botanical Gardens) and the Conservatory of Flowers and possible the Japanese Tea Garden. Strybing opens at 10 AM.

I guess I should be known as SF 10D dude now.

    Re: San Francisco Gathering?

    Hey folks!

I'm coming to SF on Tuesday morning from Seattle. I need to be in Palo Alto for business wed/thurs, but am arriving at 08:30 Tuesday a.m. so I can spend the day in SF to shoot. ;o)

I realize you've got a day planned for later in the week - however, if there are any die-hards who never seem to get enough shooting and would like to meet up Tuesday - I'm game!

My first trip to SF was about a month ago. I shot at Crissy Field, North Point, Presidio, the park @ the end of the bridge on the Marin side, Palace of Fine Arts, China Town, Japan Town - I managed to cover all these in a day and a half...

If no one is game for shooting - what are the top places you'd recommend shooting? I land about 8;30 and will be on the road by 9:15. I've got the ENTIRE day, don't need to be in Palo until roughly 8p.

    Thanks!

    nina

Sf Itinerary And Official Head Count!

    APRIL 30, 2005
    SAN FRANCISCO PHOTO MEET
    Contact: Rebekah Singh - villenadarte@sbcglobal.net

I am so glad to finally get a chance to meet you all and cruise one of the most beautiful cities in the world
Below are a few notes, what to bring, weather, fare information etc.
    Then the Itinerary follows.

    Bring:
    WATER
    Inhaler ;)
    Oh yeah- CAMERA!

    Dress:
    Layers and comfortable shoes.

    Weather:
Supposed to be: Partly Cloudy, 20% chance of rain, 58o

*Our plan was to hit North Beach, Mission District, Golden Gate Park, and Ocean Beach, however since the locations are spread apart we will be able to utilize a lot of public transport and see many many highlights of the city.

*My goal was to park the cars and leave ?em, however if you feel you?d prefer to drive to the various locations please do so. ON the attached itinerary, I have noted a website with a list of all parking garages in the area where we will begin our trek.

*These directions will contain walking/public transportation info as well as fare information for attractions/transport. With the exception of our first stop, I?ve kept the walking to a minimum.

    FARE INFORMATION-
Fares for public transport are listed in the itinerary. Fares listed are full fares, and do not include discounts for children, students, or seniors. Discounts will be given at the time of purchase.
Fares for attractions are listed, if any.
GOLDEN GATE PARK INFO: A separate MAP of GGP and it?s attractions/fares will be handed out during our meeting time. If you have a specific request for fare information before then, feel free to contact me.
