    A rare day for February
    A gorgeous sunny day with decent (well, tolerable) temps for this time of year is unusual. I went out to Point Louisa after work and took this shot looking across Lynn Canal near sunset.
    It was so quiet and peaceful out there, hope this picture conveys that feeling.

    this is a fine shot. i wonder what equipment you used to take this? please give us some info. did you use a filter of any kind?
    where is point louisa? are you shooting mainly around anchorage?

    Pt. Louisa is in Juneau, as I am and where most of my pictures are taken...well, the Juneau area.
    I used my Canon Digi-Rebel w/28-90 lens, no filters at all. Aperture Priority(Av) set at f/22 if I recall,
    no cropping or editing/enhancing...just resized for this forum. Thanks for looking and thanks for your comment.
