I don't know, something makes it glow with flash.

There's a glider port on the cliffs about 20 miles north. I read that they just found a woman's body at the bottom of the cliffs on the beach and rocks, apparently walking around the cliffs at night with a flashlight (also recovered, still on) and slipped or the cliffs gave way. Sucky way to go..,
