    To put up a parking lot

    Recently,In my community 8 redwoods all approx 80 years old were chopped down in the name of urban expansion...This was abig deal, reallymakes me think. I, many members of the community (known for it's heritage redwoods, such ) fought this project for 2 years, finally lost the battle. Mountain View,ca.

    I guess...No, I know I'm a tree hugger.
