    A First for me....

I photographed two weddings on one day. They were 50 miles apart too. GEEEEZZZZ what an experience. The first bride was late and arrived 5 minutes before the wedding was supposed to start - she wasn't even dressed. I was worried that I may be a little late for the second wedding - but I arrived right on time.

With weddings, you never know quite what to expect.

Normally I only shoot one wedding a day. But I accepted the second wedding because their other photog forgot to 'book' them and gave the date to another client. The poor mother of the bride was frantic and pleading. They were sooo happy that I took on their wedding too!

Anyway, it was a pretty good day afterall! Now, if I can only get my nerves to settle down a bit... ;)

Looks like you've been busy - in more ways than one! I can see that in your shots here, nice work! Two in one day, that makes me tired just thinking about it...

    Cool Congratulations!

Two in one day! I'm glad I wasn't in your shoes! Congratulations on accomplishing an almost impossible feat. You must have nerves of steel.

Beautiful shots btw. I always enjoy your photos Kathy. Thanks for posting.

    Nice images...

Nice images Kathy. You must be a real glutton for punishment. I did that once years ago and it was a lot more than I ever cared to take on again. Can't imagine even doing another wedding. I was so happy when I finally started saying no to weddings. Never liked anything about wedding photography, but the money. And that kept me in good equipment for several years.
