Congrats too, John. Maybe that explains why you're never around anymore (kidding). Great shots btw! They look mystical somehow, so nice effect. I also love shots like this taken out in the grass, like a picnic.

    Thanks, David!

Thanks a lot for shooting these and sharing them here, David. I knew people on the site would get a kick out of them. Of course, I think I look like a dork, but that's how it goes for those of us used to being on the other side of the lens, right?

And for anyone wondering about David - I can't remember exactly when we met but I think we've known each other for a couple of years. I have payed a lot of attention to his work and when the time came for a wedding photographer I kept coming back to him. I think he takes great photos but even more important than that - I trust him. I trust his technical skills and his professionalism. And when it comes down to it, trust is what matters most for wedding photos. These photos prove I made a good decision and I'm looking forward to seeing what he does with the rest of "the job."

Thanks again, David. Jenni and I are both really pleased and it seems like the public is enjoying your work, too

You mean it didn't post to your Facebook page or it didn't give you the option to add a comment? I will admit, that Like button is a bit temperamental.

Wow. What I'm most impressed with is that you remembered to add the accent aigu to "fiancé"...
