Paulnj - Dimebag Darrell Tribute Concert

Hiya Paul,

I was wondering if you made it to any of the Dimebag Darrell tribute concerts in your area. I'm pretty sure there's been a few of them throughout. I just got back from one tonight which included Soil, Drowning Pool, Anthrax, and Disturbed.

Let me say that Anthrax and Disturbed rocked the house big time! In fact, I was VERY impressed with Disturbed performance. They put together a pretty damn good tribute for Dimabag. Vinnie even came in and played a Pantera song with Anthrax and Disturbed. It was a pretty heartfelt event.

The singer from Disturbed more or less ripped the person who killed Dimbag apart. They were hravy words but people took them well.

Anyway, I sort of assume you might have gone to one of these if it was in your area and hope it was good for you too.

NO word of one yet, but I sleep days and work the 3rd shift(very depressing lifestyle might I add)

I myself am waiting for the HEAVY bone crushing bands to gather in remembrance

As you may have figured out.... Darrell (Rex, Vinnie and Phil) is HIGH on my list of musicians!
