Re: Hey Speed, remember this thread? :)

I called the folks at Orion and they were very helpfull and friendly. It looks like I need another adapter to go from .965" to 1.25" then the T-ring. Then I called Bushnell to verify the size of the eye piece I have on my scope. They said it could be either .965" or 1.25" depending on who manufactured it. I will pull it out and measure it tonight to be sure I get what I need.

That'll work too! Kind of like a step up ring for camera filters.

    :-D

And like camera step up and step down rings, these go both ways as well.

Re: I need another adapter to go from .965" to 1.25"

Yup, that's the part they said I need. I got out my scope and measured the eye piece and it is .965" I did a search on the net, and found a place that sells a .965 camera adapter. So all I will need is that adapter and the T-ring. No need to get the 1.25" adapter and step up adapeter. I wish the folks at Orion had the .965" adapter. I would like to buy it form them since they were very nice, but if I can save $20 without the extra piece...

Now I have to find the brace that goes between the legs on the tripod for the scope.

Thanks again for all your help Speed.
