One for Paul or any Bird person

Here is one for ID. Paul or any bird person that can help me here. This little guy has given Joy and I his song over and over the last couple of years from a tree just out side the kitchen window. I got out the bird book last summer and I think I know what it is but would like a positive ID and a little info on him. Not the greatest photo but the best I could do under the circumstances. Thanks in advance for the help.

I am gonna go out on a limb and call this one:

    louisiana waterthrush, Seiurus motacilla.

Not a terribly common bird, usually found along the edges of swamps, and grasslands. The also tend to inhabit woodlands adjacent to rivers, and large streams. Females are simmilar to males.

Paul, as always I defer to you?

Here's a site that has a recording of the Louisiana waterthrush's song.

Dead on Paul! that's what I got here a Carolina Wren. I though that might be what he was from a bird ID book I had but wasn't sure. Your addition of the call was the deciding factor. Sounded just like him. Thanks for the ID.

the commonest call besides a chatter is "teakettle teakettle tea " Ah but if you were to ever hear a WINTER wren on territory you would know you found a great sounding bird

I found one last year(VERY RARE nester) and it was singing the second song on this page VERY LOUDLY(like music to my ears)

My Carolina Wren has a very loud call and he just seems to put his whole self into each call. I heard the exact same call loud and clear over and over on TV a few week ago while watching the Masters Golf Tournament. While in what I think they call Amen Corner. This little guy was just singing his heart out. I was suprised taht Tiger and the boys didn't complain about him. Thanks for the help Paul.
