Which one?
I know you probably hate these kind of posts as much as I do, but sometimes it seems necessary when one can't decide on a particular version. And to make it a bit less tedious, I've included a poll.
These are my co-worker's daughters, taken at an Applebees mixer tonight with the Canon XTi & EF 50mm f/1.8. So, if you had to choose...color or b/w?

Re: Which one?
Hands down, color version.

Re: Which one?
The color capture is precious.

Re: Which one?
Voting color on this one - the colors work very well together.

Re: Which one?
I can't add any thing but if the girls were dressed up in the Victorian Style dresses, I may of liked the B&W on better.

Re: Which one?
I voted - Can't decide...I like 'em both! You're an awesome photographer, Ray!
I think the frame is too bold for such delicate subjects and is causing problems with both versions
Colour - the black boarder seems to accentuate what looks like over dodging of the faces
B&W - I think the black border detracts from this and perhaps it needs more contrast but can't tell with that border.

Re: Which one?
Gonna have to go with.....don't quit your day job....kidding.
Colour for the win!

Re: Which one?
I'm going to have to say color.

Re: Which one?
You should quit your day job Ray, you're a great photographer!
Color was my choice.

Re: Which one?
Colour would be my choice, but then I am just a colour kinda guy. Cute kids, great photos.

Re: Which one?
haha, thanks a lot for participating everyone and making this fun for me. Looks like color is the winner. That was my initial thought but sometimes you get to guessing yourself.
Roger, I agree. Sometimes this border works well and sometimes it doesn't. I was too lazy to change it, lol.
And thanks, Brian! Sometimes you people are too kind. :)

Re: Which one?
a little more time spent in the b&w conversion may make it look nicer, things are too grey now, so color.
-
Re: Which one?
LOL I love the last part of vote #3! Well funny! But I voted for the colour version

Re: Which one?
Interesting that you say that, Brent, because the conversion to b/w was made in my RAW program, and it looked better than the compressed jpeg you see here.

Re: Which one?
Darling girls!
I voted color, but I would take the red light (glare thingy) off the window. My eye goes there first every time.
